Production Migration & Go-Live
The final phase — migrate validated data to production, run the production loading pipelines, verify, and go live in C3 Production.
Overview
The final phase (Phase 13) moves the validated data into production and takes the wave live in C3 Production. It runs after all go-dark validations pass, targeting the go-live date set on the wave. It's run by the Data Platform engineering team.
What happens
- Migrate Strata UAT → Strata Prod — move all validated data to the production lakebase and verify data integrity after the migration.
- Run the production loading pipelines — the same pipelines used for UAT, now targeting C3 Production.
- Validate production data — verify the production data matches UAT and spot-check critical data points (AR balances, member counts, association configuration).
- Load into C3 Production — the final data is loaded into C3 Prod and verified in the production TownSq environment.
- Go live — the associations are live and operational, and branch staff begin using TownSq for daily operations.
When production loading completes, each entity advances to the final C3 Prod Loaded lifecycle state.
Completion
The wave is complete when all its associations are live in C3 Production with no data discrepancies.
