What You Need to Know

As part of onboarding to TownSq, we need specific data from your current systems to ensure smooth operations for associations, homeowners, and accounts.

This guide covers:

  • What data is required for core operations
  • How your IDs map to our system
  • Which entities and fields are needed

The Process

1. Provide Your Data

Export the required entities from your current system:

  • Organization
  • Associations
  • Units
  • Unit Types
  • Accounts
  • Members
  • Operating Bank Accounts
  • Recurring Charges
  • Delinquencies

2. We Handle the Mapping

We create a bridge between your existing IDs and our internal system using the data identity model.

3. Start Operating

Once the minimum required data is loaded, your system is ready to use.
