Accounts

Core information for billing accounts for units or properties. Accounts are where charges are applied, payments are received, and balances are tracked. THIS DATA IS REQUIRED for migration.

Retention History

Include all active accounts regardless of balance. For inactive accounts, only include those with non-zero balances (positive or negative). Inactive accounts with zero balance are excluded.

Usage Notes

•THIS DATA IS REQUIRED - Critical for migration success

•Initial data required 85 days before Go Dark period

•Updated file with current balances required 5 days prior to Go Dark

•An account is the billing entity for a unit or property

•Retention logic: ALL active accounts + inactive accounts with non-zero balances

•Active accounts are always included regardless of balance

•Inactive accounts with zero balance are excluded from migration

•For unit identification, provide at least one of: Unit ID, Unit Number, or Unit Address

•People associated with the account should be provided in the Community Members entity

•Additional mailing addresses can be provided in the Account Addresses entity

•Transaction history should be provided in the Account Transactions entity

•Most accounts have one primary unit, but some may have multiple (use Additional Unit IDs)
